Precious Chicken ‘65′ Dish

As I am Indian, I am going to tell you how to cook a new dish in the name of chicken recipes. It will be something g hot to taste and best side dish for liquors. Take 500 grams of skinless tiny chicken pieces and clean them well as per your method. Take them into a bowl. Now, add one tablespoon full of garlic and ginger paste, one tablespoon full of lemon juice (concentrated), half tablespoon of pepper powder, half tablespoon of red chilly powder, pinch of turmeric powder or any other red color powder, two to three tablespoon of curd (if it is available), enough salt. Now add an egg and little water (if needed) and mix them strongly until the chicken pieces becomes pasted with these ingredients ( masala) evenly. Now let it be for an half an hour. Now put a vessel with minimum 200 grams of any cooking oil as per your choice and heat it. Now add five to ten pieces of ingredients coated chicken in to the oil. Now in the vessel, chicken will start to boil and fry with more bubbles. After three to four minutes, the bubbles will be diminished and the chicken pieces will be roasted finely. Take them out and serve in soccer. This is one of the fine Indian dish especially in the State of Tamilnadu, India.. It will be too tasty and suitable one, if you eat them with bread rolls, chappathy, and also very precious side dish for alcohols and drinks.
